Emails will be sent out weekly to advise of location. Time is 7:00pm for Thursday runs, and 9:30am for Sunday runs. Weekday runs are in the order of 5K; Sunday, now we are back to speed/distance, is 10K-ish and increasing along with some stamina work in anticipation of the March MK Half.
Note: if it is very icy and so dangerous to run we won’t, but will look for an alternative workout. If it is very wet (a deluge rather than a couple of drops) we will be wusses and also not run! ;-)
Parks ’n’ Run is February 7.

Chinese New Year is coming up on 14th February so we’re doing a 'warm up' event to get you in the mood by inviting you to join us for dim sum.
Dim sum is a southern Chinese specialty cuisine and literarily translated means 'heart's delight' in Cantonese. It involves a wide range of mouth watering light delicacies served alongside Chinese tea (cha). Dishes come in small portions and may include meat, seafood, and vegetables, as well as desserts and fruit. The items are usually served in a small steamer basket or on a small plate.
Traditionally dim sum is served in the mornings until afternoon. Friends and family meet to catch up on the latest news over a leisurely 'snack' - so we plan to do the same. Meet at 2pm for cha, dim sum and a lazy afternoon chat at the Tai Pan in the MK Theatre District.
The Tai Pan is always busy, so let us know ASAP if you’d like to join us.
