Running – Sundays – April 4, 11,18, 25
Emails will be sent out weekly to advise of location. Time is 7:15pm for Thursday runs, and 9:30am for Sunday runs. Weekday runs are in the order of 5K. Sunday, now we are back to speed/distance, is 10K-ish depending how energetic we feel.

You don't need to know a claret from a Bordeaux to enjoy a relaxing evening tasting a variety of red and white wines. When I know how many are coming I'll buy a bottle of wine per person, averaging the £10 cost of admittance, so the wine prices could vary from £5 to £15.
Tracy and I will supply some nibbles as usual to help absorb the alcohol! No spitting required.
